The standard grating with multiple applications.

Type SP-safety (smooth 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 mm)

Extra safe thanks to serrated bearing bars that create a greater anti-slip effect. Especially suited to situations in which rain, ice or oil may cause higher risk. This version is not possible for all types and is supplied on request.

Type SP-safety offshore (3 + 4 + 5 mmanti-slip)

Especially produced for use in the offshore industry. One or two extra round bars fitted between the bearing bars that half the distance and prevent tools or objects from falling through the grating. Dimensions conform to the requirement that states thataball of Ø 15 mm must be prevented from  alling through the grating.

Choice of the following materials:

• steel quality S235jr, bearing bar thickness of 2 to 5 mm
• Stainless Steel 1.4301 (V2A)
• Stainless Steel 1.4571 (V4A)

SP grating treads:

Corresponding gratings steps are available for all SP types.
The steps are fitted with a safe toe edge nosing and mounting
plates as standard for fastening between the stringers.

• remains straight in the toughest conditions
• anti-slip effect created by the twisted crossbars
• very stable, even in ungalvanized version
• option of very long bearing bars
• exceptionally well-suited as ‘gutter’ grating that easily copes with lorries and forklift trucks.
